QUINOA SALAD . My MIL Jane introduced this super food to me a few years ago and although I haven't dived into strict quinoa regimen, I do love a good salad. It is a very summer-y feeling food! Tonights dinner will be whole wheat southwest chicken wraps w/ humus and quinoa salad.
